How does HCG Work?

The HCG diet follows a strict protocol that you should follow throughout the entire diet once you begin, that is if you want to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Ingesting the HCG is very easy as well. Instead of having to take pills or get a shot from a doctor, you take HCG through orally ingested drops. You take these drops at 6 different times each day, and follow the diet regimen of eating 2 500 calories meals per day. This may seem light for the first couple of days, and it is, but after the first couple days are out of the way your body will adjust to the new diet, and you'll begin to start losing weight.
